[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — Money Refunded By Merchant But Not by Bank | |||||
I have the same complaint as above. I had made an online payment on 17.02.2017 to an e-commerce site purplle.com. They have refunded a part of my amount for the non-availability of some product with them. When I contacted the merchandise they said- They already processed the refund on 24.02.2017 and it will take around 7-10 days for your bank to process it and to show it in your account. Since then I am waiting but I have got nothing. When I contacted my merchant side again they forwarded a slip of refund to my Bank account and asked me to contact my bank. BOB Customer service is not giving satisfying answers nor they are capable to handle my this query. Please help me with the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The money finally processed & refunded by bank. Though BOB is very slow in processing refund requests via e-commerce, yet I am happy to have resolved my complaint via this platform Consumer Complaints. Thanks a ton.
To the ones who are worrying about their strucked money(shopping online or swapping card), I can assure you to be calm & relaxed about your deductions/money. BOB service are quite slow & takes time to be processed. Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
