My name is jaiprakash joshi and my issue is i want to know about my money status

This money is initiated from amazon on 04/8/2019 they ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side
After that i will contact to amazon customer services they provide me return reference number an as me contact to bank

I want to y money back as soon as possible

I've ordered one laptop through fkipkart and cancelled it on 30/09/2019. The flipkart has refunded the amount 30/09/2019 itself. When will the amount credit in my account.
This is a bad behavior from bank side.
If the amount is refunded then only I can book another laptop
