Bank Of Baroda — My account did not get the refunded amount | |||||
I had ordered online to amazon and they did not deliver, but on contacting for several times, they send this pls resolve this issue.. This is the mail forwarded by them.. Upon checking the details, i have found that the refund has been issued of rs 539 to your credit card/debit card account on 18th aug, 2016. Usually, the refund will be reflected in your account within 3-5 business days from the date of issuing the refund. As you have not yet received the amount, i would request you to please contact your bank with the reference number and ask them to locate the amount. The refund details are: authorization code for sale transaction 161712 Refund reference # 74332746231623050298621 Please follow the below steps: 1. Contact the customer care service of your bank and ask to file charge dispute. 2. File the transaction dispute as "refund never processed." 3. On doing that, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund. 4. If your bank is still unable to locate the refund even after filing transaction dispute, collect the transaction dispute number from your bank and send it to us as reply to this email.
