Bank Of Baroda — my refund is not submitted in my account.

I have ordered two products from amazon, but later i cancelled them.. Amazon have refund me the money of both the orders but the money is not received in my bank account. Bank is saying there is no money recieved from amazon.. Solve this issue and return me the money which amazon has refunded.. Order refund reference no. For both the order are
