Bank Of Baroda — name mismatch problem

My wife barot jilben vipulkumar have saving account :- [protected] in bank of baroda in i. E. Branch in mehsana gujrat from 18/12/2015. Before some day i (Barot vipulkumar dahyaji) have joint my name in my wife account. I have submitted my aadhar copy in branch and give also fringer scane. After 2 day i check in passbook my name is rong. Branch add my wife name as my father name. Just like barot vipulkumar jilben. I have complain in branch is more than 5 time personally. But branch have no answer.in net banking my name is also wrong. Please do something about it as fast as possible.
True name :- barot vipulkumar dahyaji.
Wife name :_ barot jilben vipulkumar.

In account my name is barot vipulkumar jilben. Its wrong. Please change it as soon as possible thanks
