Even after submitting the necessary information about the bank, its ifsc, name of beneficiary and her savings account number, i am unable to activate the link since bob is not sending me a tracker id. Further, there is no provision for a resend tracker id request anywhere on the portal. This compels the customer to delete the previous unactivated entry and start by submitting the information afresh through "register new beneficiary" link.
