Bank Of Baroda — no ecs and auto debit & no response from agent | |
Within our first month of relation, i'm very disappointed with the service. I have given all required documents asked many time for ecs for my loan before till now. I'm questioning this to the agent who processed all documents is not even replying and not at all interested to just reply which makes me really sad and angry. It seem his duty finish here and i have to find my own way to find out the issue of ecs. My wife just called you today to know and found no one know the reason. Can you please give me a correct person email or contact number to talk and complain about this. As i'm nri - stays in jeddah, i'm not able to visit any branch now.
