Bank Of Baroda — non receiving of welcome kit containing cheque book

I had opened the new account on 19 july 2019 but failed to receive cheque book till date. I m suffering loss of interest as i m having a matured lic policy of worth app one lac pending due to non submission of a cancelled cheque required by lic
Later on mistake came out of wrong entry of my colony name by bank staff.
Bank authorities was not able to explain any whereabouts. They are still saying to wait for one more week bacause they had not received the kit returned.
