on behalf of my sister I narrating complain as below my sister-Smt V.P.Darji, Age 58yrs old, vadali village, Education 5th std, made approached to open saving account in your vadali br. along with KYC -Aadhar Card +Voting Card +residence address proof + passport size photograph but there are officers who insisting standard age proof and said without your standard age proof we will not open your saving account.inspite of several request, they not accepted those documents and refused to open saving account I Ramesh Makwana her brother personally requested them to accept KYC norms as per RBI guidelines and open her saving a/c in your br.without insisting her age proof. regret to inform you that they not opened her saving account. please look into matter Ramesh Makwana My contact No. [protected] Mumbai
