Bank Of Baroda — Not received OPT while registering for e-banking

My mob no is linked with BOB A/C [protected] at Sangod, Kota (Raj.) branch. I want registered for retail e-banking via online but i have not reciving OTP, hence i can't proceed for e-banking registration.
Please resolve my problem, so that i can procedes for e-banking registration.

I am going to Bank of Baroda Palanpur Branch because my Saving A/c No. [protected] [ Mansuri Ahemadbhai Rajebhai] Net Banking & ATM Facilities Update Full from Fil Up & KYC Document Attached but Branch Executive no response Because I have no PAN card Copy So, I Request you any Rules in Bank of Baroda.
