Sir, i was trying to booked a ticket from IRCTC on 16-aug-2020 but the ticket was not booked at that time but my amount of rs.763.19 was deducted from my account 18 days were passed today but i dont get my money IRCTC initiated my amount on 23-aug-2020 but i did not received the amount yet transaction ID-[protected] Refund reference no-ZP5acf7f7f053b6 please do something Was this information helpful? | |
