Bank Of Baroda — Not Received Wrongly Debited Amount

I m Sumit Chetani From Jaipur, Rajasthan. My Account No. is [protected] Sir i do some withdraws on 23 June 2015 from ICICI ATM at Gandinagar, Delhi. After one day i saw in my account transaction slip that their is two wrong transaction of Rs. 5000 each. i have received one transaction amount immediately but not received one more wrong transaction amount. So, I complained at Customer care of bob after that i not received my money back than i went to bank branch and do complaint their but they are not giving me right answers. some time they say money returns in my account but not show in balance and some time they say to be wait. sir i do my first complaint on 24 june and today is 14 August and till now i dont received my money back. So, Plz help me in this case. My mobile no. [protected]
