Bank Of Baroda — regarding not refund of fail transaction

Dear sir,

I have deposited up deled application fee through bob net banking on dated 20 may 2018 and rs. 417.00 debited from my account but bank transaction/ journal no. Not received from screen against the following detail:
Registration no: [protected]
Name: ramita
Father name : vasudev maurya
Due to not confirm my transaction i had to deposit fee again through offline mode.
Sir i have not received refund against above transaction till date.
So you are requested to look in to the matter and take necessary action please.
