Bank Of Baroda — Poor customer handling

Its 10.33 am and your bank is still close whereas the timing for bank to be open is 9.00am. I jus wanted to transfer funds through net banking for which I was.made to stand more than 1.30 hrs. It would have hardly take 20-30mins. And web I told the bank officials about it that said to come at 2.00pm .Ima working individual and I cannot come leaving my job his for this . And the behaviour is rude. Hope you train them and give customer service trainings
