Dear sir With due respect I would like to inform ur motihari branch refuse my cheque.that officer said me ur a/c is here than cleard the cheque otherwise u go to raxaul branch. I said that officer Sir this is CBS cheque(payable at par all branches in India) and amount is only 5000rs.why ur not Accepted. But that officer &cashier (woman) said very badly ...! I had visited more than 50 times to the bank .they did not give any information which i want .sometimes they refuse to give information .sometimes they gave excuse of leave of staff ...what will customer do for thier work ..
