Bank Of Baroda — Refund from amazon.in not received | |||||
I made a purchase from amazon.in on 10 feb 2017 of ₹4730.I was supposed to get a refund of ₹4730 from amazon.in on 15 feb 2017 but not received. I contacted amazon and they said refund is processed from their side and ask me to file a charge dispute. I want to file a charge dispute so that bank can credit my amount in my account.
