I booked flight tickets from perals international using debit card of bob on 26 th dec 2018. Ticket got unconfirmed and refund was sent form company through razorpay on 1 st jan for ticket id 36099, with refund id: rfnd_bemva8xyfsxnjg. I didn't get amount in my bank of baroda account. There was no response to online complaint with id 921427. You confirm transaction for amount 22, 655 deducted from my account and not refunded back. Was this information helpful? | |||
