Dear Sir It is to brought to your notice that an amount of Rs.3759/- initiated by amazon on dt. 31.03.2019. I am Having authorization code (Reference number) - 74332749091909035602000 and Transaction Id 4SJ2A0HKOYC has not been transferred to my saving account no. [protected] till date whereas the mail i received from amazon clearly mentioned that i will receive the amount by 31.03.2019. A screenshot of the same has also been attached with this mail. I contacted amazon regarding this matter and they sent me a mail clearly mentioning to file a 'file transaction dispute as 'return never processed'. I am attaching a screenshot of the same also for your reference. So, kindly do the needful at the earliest so that the amount will be transferred in my account at the earliest without any further inconvenience to me.
