Bank Of Baroda — refund of 268/- for online transaction for amazon | |||
My trasaction was hard declined by amazon on 04th of october 2017 regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. (Order no. [protected] Amount was 268/- Later i have chosen cod option and paid the same.. So i should get the online transferred money.. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank customer care is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Amazon given the clear statenent also that trasaction was declined by them so amount was stucked in bob payment gateway Many times i asked to bank persons personally, but getting poor response Was this information helpful? | |||
