Bank Of Baroda — refund of cash deducted from my account using bob atm in which the money did not come out from atm

I used bank of baroda atm on 24/3/19 and withdrew rs-10, 0000/-
The account no of sbi is [protected]
The money was deducted but cash was not emitted from atm.
So i withdrew another rs - 10, 000/-, so total of rs 20, 0000/ was deducted from my account, i waited 10 days so that it would be refunded but till date it is not.
Kindly look into this matter as early as possible.

Updated by Reena Mehta1974 So I withdrew another Rs- 10, 0000/-, so total of Rs 20, 0000/ was deducted from my account, I waited 10 days so that it would be refunded but till date it is not.
Kindly look into this matter as early as possible.
