Bank Of Baroda — regarding refund amount of rs 829 | |||
I had booked an item from Amazon on 1st October for Rs 829 and cancelled the same on 2nd October. Amazon shows my amount is refunded on Oct 2nd itself but still I have not received my money. I am following Amazon as well as BOB people but not receiving a single positive response from either side. Amazon says: This is to confirm that refund for amount 829.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now. Refund Reference #[protected] However BOB, Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer is saying we don't have any confirmation on your account regarding the same, kindly contact Amazon customer service. I am totally fed and breaking my head with these kind of response and not getting my money. It's been 15 days since I am following up with both Amazon and BOB but received any response. Help me out in this regard asap.
