Bank Of Baroda — regarding rude behaviour of cashier and clerk

My self viral h. Gandhi. I have savings account in sayaji ganj, bank of baroda.. my account number is [protected]. I went to ur chaphekar chawk brach, pune 33 to remove demand draft of 2500. But behaviour of manager, cashier and clerk was rude n as if they dont want to make demand draft. They made me seat for one hour in spite of branch was not busy.
