Bank Of Baroda — Rude behaviour of Branch manager | |||
Dear sir, I am Having an account with Bank of Baroda in your Yamuna vihar branch (Delhi). and I am using online banking with my Salary account Indusind Bank. and for last 3 month i did wrongly online transfer in your Unnao branch. when i get the information on this i write a complaint on 5/6/2015 and they sent a mail to your unnao branch and the mail was:- [protected]@bankofbaroda.com but they didn, t reply. and again today i go my home branch for same complaint. they said we sent a mail and we are still waiting. so i am still confuse is the procedure to help a customer whose harder money is transfer in wrong account. my Bank of Baroda A/c no- [protected] (PARVEEN NEGI) sir please help me to get back my money.
