As per your statement the issue has been not yet settle down even after 2 months. As per RBI Rules if your complaints (Submitted Complaint would be in written format) were not cleared after 1 months means you may go and raise complaint in Banking Ombudsman who are available in RBI to clear the uncleared complaint from customer towards bank (Complaint which is not yet resolved for a period of 30 days).
