Bank Of Baroda — To take further action | |||
Respected sir, I have tried to use the Atm on 08.01. 2017 to get money Rs. 4000/- from Bank of India Atm Ponmeni branch Madurai. I did not receive the amount but it was debited from my account. I have filed a complaint on 09.01.2017 to the particular branch . After two months on 01.03.2017 I received the message from the branch that the amount was successfully transacted. With out receiving money how it will be possible sir. I have approached my branch and enquired about this many times in these two months.But I am not satisfied with their response and more over they did not take any further action to find the solution. It is my hard earned money sir. I request you kindly to take further necessary action to regenerate the amount to my account. Thank you By N.
