Bank Of Baroda — Two time Amount is debited from my account but cash not received from ATM | |||
Dear Sir, Sir, my account no is [protected]. I am from virar and my account is in dahisar(mumbai) branch. Earlier on 20 July 2016 at around 7:30 PM in the evening first i tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from ATM id ANM9002 in virar below the bank of india, but the transaction failed with error and and i try with oter machin which is beside with this machin ATM id was MNM9002 and i debit 10, 000 and i got this one but i try agin to withraw 10, 000 but i get message you dont have sufficient amout your amount is3275 actually 20, 000 is debited from my account befor that entire transaction my balance was 23, 275 and iget only 10, 000 .I had reciept also but member from bank is told me to complaint online and after 10 days i call them and they told me your transaction was done successfully and complaint was resolve. After that i met the bank manager and thay told me your transaction was successfully done and i cant do anything such type of responce they gave me they dont provide any solution for this also.Please return my 10, 000 as soon as posible and if you want to communicate with bank of india regarding ATM transaction detail do this but return my mony some how. My ATM card no= 4029 85XX XXXX XX64 Account no= [protected] and complaint no was:[protected] Therefore it is requested to you to kindly solve this problem as earliest possible time and help me to recover from inconvenience.Thanking you.
