My account has been debited with an amount of ₹ 118, on the date of[protected] with the narration of MMS recharge, I have contacted and registered a complaint multiple times regarding this matter, no valid reply was received from the bank want to know the reason for this charge and also want the refund as soon as possible. It's Mandate charge.

Yeah, what mandate charge is it, is what i want to know. There are many charges like Debit card fee, sms alert charge etc. But what is "MMS recharge", any charge it may be i must know why is it mandatory.

National Automated Clearing House & Mandate Management System
National Automated Clearing House (NACH) is a centralised system, launched by NPCI for facilitating interbank high volume debit/credit transactions, which are repetitive in nature in electronic mode. This is the upgraded version of Electronic Clearing Services (ECS) to National level.

So the basically charges levied for giving ECS mandate to other bank for debit or credit the amount
