Bank Of Baroda — Unauthorised transaction in savings account | |||
Dear Sir, I hold a savings account for my daughter Aneri Chokshi (minor) which is operated by me Parth Chokshi (father & guardian) with Bank of Baroda, Satellite Road Branch in Ahmedabad, India. The Savings a/c no being [protected]. There was an unauthorised/unkown transaction being carried out in this savings account of ours on 2nd February 2017 and a sum of Rs. 14, 508.00 was debited from our account. We had immediately given a written complaint to the concerned branch of Bank of Baroda to investigate this matter and re-credit this amount in to our account on 03rd February 2017. As there was no reply or no credit of this money into the mentioned account; I again emailed a complaint to the branch manger of the concerned branch. Now, till date Bank of Baroda has not replied to me and not re-credited the mentioned money in to my account. So I hereby seek your assistance in getting this matter solved and getting the money back into our savings account. If BOB is not supportive then I am willing to take legal action against the bank; if required. Await your further feedback and reply on the same. Regards, Parth N Chokshi Ahmedabad, India.
