Bank Of Baroda — Unethical behavior by staff | |||||
It is highly surprising to see such rude behavior by the staff members. I had to urgently get a demand draft made, one of the members made me wait for one hour, later when i went to check for the status, that man was so rude, he was yelling at me, the entire crowd in the bank kept looking. No one even talks to their maids or servants like that! On the other hand, i was always polite and trying to co-operate and addressed him as "sir" though he was not worthy of it! Are you people hiring illiterate, uneducated staff?! Please look into this or your bank is going to lose its valuable customers! Was this information helpful? | |||||
