Bank Of Baroda — waiver of agriculture debt as per the circular of reserve bank of india

This particular issue closed down without any resolution or actions are taken - it has not been inquired with bank regarding making foolish to the farmers and harassed unnecessary by way of torching to the small uneducated farmers - till date the matter is no resolved and debt is no waived

subject: waiver of agriculture debt as per rbi guide line - not waived the details are as under:

it is surprised to know the information provided by the bank - they are following the guideline or circular issued by reserve bank of india - it communicated and talked in telephone by r.M. Office - bank of baroda - bharuch - gujarat very rudely and out of the banking norms.
It also surprised to know that the guideline or circular issued by rbi just for the publication and lolly pop to be given to the indian farmers.

The best cheating policy applied by bank of baroda for farmers as under:
- the farmers are compelled to repay the loan every year just for one day and next day it is reimbursed. The farmers are borrowing the finance for one day and paid to bank and next it taken back. So that the bank is not able to waive the agriculture debt as per the circular issued by rbi. The farmers are not aware about the policy of the bank which are making foolish and recovering the interest at the rate of 15 to 18% from the farmers.

This has represented to bank several times and communication is going on since last 12 months but the bank is not taking care to reply or resolve positively. When we talked to rm office of bank of baroda bharuch -they said that this our policy to renew and recover the debts from th farmers.

So that now it is confirmed that the circular issued by reserve bank of india in the year 2014 for the waiver of agriculture debt - it is now followed by the bankers and not entertained the rbi circulars.

Now the reserve bank of india has entertained the bankers in their favor and not for the customers.

- now please note that the bank is renewing the loan every year by repaid the outstanding with interest since - 1984 - so that the bank's records shown - as fresh loan - it very good policy obtain bank to relieve from the waiver scheme - this loan is renewed by repaid from outsiders and renewed every year by the bank - so it is surprising to note the best policy of the bank for farmers recovery of loan.

So that you are request to inquire about this and refund the entire amount paid since 1984 - and arrange to remove the charge of the bank of the land record.

THE RESERVE BANK OF INDIA SHOULD SUPERVISE AND SHOULD GET THE INFORMATION FOR FOLLOWING AND IMPLEMENTING THE GUIDELINE AND CIRCULARS ISSUED

I HAVE DEPOSITED THE CHEQUE OF RS. 35000 ON 16.08.2017 AND RETURNED TWICE DUE THE MISMANAGEMENT AND MISTAKE OF THE BRANCH, I LOSS THE BUSINESS CREDENTIAL AND INTEREST AND OTHER RELEVANT CHARGES TO MY SUPPLIERS.IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL TO BIG INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE BANK AND MARKETING AS BEST CUSTOMERS ORIENTED BANK OF BHARAT COUNTRY.
BANK HAS ACCEPTED IT BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPENSATE THE SAME. THEY SHOWN THEIR INABILITY. THE LETTER FROM BANK IS AS UNDER.
We refer our earlier mail with regard to your complaint against our I E Gorwa Branch claiming compensation of loss due to wrongly return of your cheque in clearing. In this regard we again inform you that our Bank was upgrading its system from Finacle 7 to Finacle 10 during the said period when your cheque was deposited for clearing . There was some technical issues at that time and due to that your cheque was returned in clearing inadvertently.
Further we inform you that there is no such system of payment of compensation in our Bank due to return of cheque however the charges deducted for the return of cheque was reversed and credited in your account.
We deeply regret to the inconvenience caused to you. Being our loyal customer, we expect your co operation in offering our best customer service.
