Bank Of Baroda — Want to tell you how this bank is!!

I had applied for a student loan when I was in India around an year ago, its been 5 months I am in Canada, and still the loan has not been approved! The worst customer service I have ever seen, trust me, the WORST!! The dumbest staff and the rudest manager! I will NEVER ever refer BOB and will make sure that each and every person I know never ever uses this bank in their life! I don't care now if you want to solve my issue, because now I have paid all my fees by self. They just made stupid requests for stupid receipts from Canada, and moreover, made my dad visit their office a thousand times with a thousand requests! To hell with this Bank! Even if it would be the last bank in the world, I would NEVER step in this bank because I know how the Indian management is! I know this will make no difference to the bank and I am glad I left the country! Phheewh!
