Bank Of India — Amount debited but order not placed and refund not received after 15 days | |||
I Ihave tried to placed order of xiomi product by upi transaction through mobikwik application. My order not placed and amount is debited. I have complained to xiomi. Xiomi replied that payment is stuck in your bank. So i have done application to bank of india branch for charge back request. I have called to upi toll free number and as per their suggestion, i have emailed details to Support.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in They told me to reply in 24 to 48 hours. But still not get any email reply from bank I have also filled form in grievances section of website, but still not get any reply. I can't understand that for my money refund, how much i have to wait Amount debited of rs 14999 on 30th September, 2021 Its already 15 days completed of this failed translation.
