Bank Of India — amount deposit in my account but don't shown in my account

I ordered one back pack through myntra wroth rs.660.45 on 16th september 2018 but some of reason i cancelled my order but refund is not credited yet. myntra give me refund reference number

I called bank and also send many mails but they don't answer me.. I also complain at [protected]@email.com
They are suggested me to complain against bank and they want the complain number but bank is not responding me...
