Bank Of India — amount not showing in my account

I want to inform that my account deducted the amount of rs 874.10 for shoping in amazon on dated 23.06.8018. Which amount refund by amazon on date 08.07.2018 but the amount not showing in my account. Refund amount ref no-75260828190021254092189. Please cheak whats problem in my account and credited the amount in my account as soon as possible. Thanks.

Pl ref to DFM SCRLy. Nanded L. No. APN/NED/0337 of 15.05.2018. As per revised PPO in my favor already issued by [censored]AO Secunderabad on 07.05.1912, @ Rs. 6010/- from 01.06.2010, as per 7th CPC fixation the same has been revised from the moth of June 2018. However, the arrears of the above still to be received by me, the same not done so far.

So requested to have a look in to the matter to please pass my arrears of Pension for the period from June 2010 to June 2018 for 96 months as per my revised PPO issued by F&CAO S C Rly. Secunderabad. under reference APN/NED/0337 of 17.05.2012.
