Bank Of India — ATM / Debit Card Issue | |||
Hi, I have an account in your bank. This is the third time i am writing mail to you guys. Last week i raised a complaint wherein i transferred money via IMPS, and the receiver did not receive but money got deduct from my account, but the message i was getting "payment failed". Today i used your ATM Card in Reliance Digital, in front of me it was showing on their screen "Payment failed of 427 rupees", i gave them the cash. When i reached home, then i got the message, amount deducted from your account. Shut down your bank if i have to write down mail every time. Seriously sick of this ATM, and IMPS issue. Account number: [protected] Name : Jasmine Chawla Payment deduction of 427 rupees from my account.
