मैंने 14 मार्च 2019 को pos मशीन में payment करने के लिए एटीएम ट्रांसक्शन किया, पर अगले के खाता में पेमेंट नही हुआ, और मेरे खाता से 5147 रुपये पेमेंट हुआ है ऐसा दिख रहा है।जिनको पेमेंट किये उसके खाता में पेमेंट स्टेटमेंट में नही दिख रहा है, जबकि मेरे खाता स्टेटमेंट में 5147 रुपये पेमेंट दिखा रहा है।
कृपया इस transaction को क्लियर कर 5147 रुपये मेरे खाता में रिफंड करें।

I have made a paymnet of Rs. 575 on 7 march to paytm the amount got debited but transaction not processed. The redund has not been credited to my account yet. Its been more that a week. I want to know when my refund of Rs. 575 will be credited back tomy account maintained with bank of india.
