I gouri kant jha, am a customer of boi/ patna main branch of a/c no. [protected]. My account has been debited but cash rs 5000 was not dispensed on transaction id cwdr//178735/dpat0t510 on 15.02.18. My another transaction of rs 5000 was successful on same day through trans. Id cwdr//333163/cpt9005.
My complaint at branch has been rejected twice on 26.02.18 and 10.04.18. Please arrange to credit my account of trans id cwdr//178535/dpat0510 on 15.02.2018.

I got msg on 17/01/2017 through BOI-Star sandesh that my request for issuing checkbook has been registered but till date I have not received checkbook on my postal address...Now it is more than 5 months I have not received check that I requested in BOI, Jamui branch, Bihar
