My pension Account is [protected] bank of india. I am exservice man fro Indian Air Force. On 30 july 2013 i sumitted my passbook for updation a total of Rs 74222 were credited in my account. When enquired i was told it is credited from nagpur. Once there was.no satisfactory reply i assumed may be some arrears. But still i didnot withdraw the whole amout Next month again they credited the same amount. It made be comfir that it is my arrears. in the month of september again they credited with 74222. Now on saturday they debited my account and askig me to pay more money. I requested the bank that i have already issued the cheque please do not let it bounce. But they did not listen to me.I would like to know that the amount which bank has credited over 3 months be recovered at one go. Bank manager has threaten me that rest amount he will have from my pension. They have debited my account by more than 124000 As an exserviceman it is impossible for me to lie without pesion I do not find the solution rather than to sucide
Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Can bank of india debit my pension account without intimating valid reason.
Does manager has the power to deny my pension.
do they have the accouting procedure that detects error after three months

    This is really a Big ! Its been a Month and Half that I have received ATM Card and PIN has not yet been received :( Most important BOI Start Token one one of the worst service that I have ever experienced. Its been a Month that I have been at the back of bank people they ask me to download application. I don't even have an idea of what's they are trying to accomplish. I would request the people who are looking to open an account, kindly please don't use Bank of India.

        On 05 May 2013 I have used my Bank of India ATM card to withdraw Rs.3,000/- at SBI ATM at Samalokot, AP but did not received amount.
        For the same issue I have been repeatedly following with branch people through - mails; phone and even visited but no one has taken appropriate action.

          I had taken loan from B.O.I for my higher studies.the bank manager forcing me to pay the loan with the interest,he is denying that central govt. is providing interest subsidy on Education Loans during moratorium for technical and professional courses(after class XII) for studies in India from recognized institutions in India under the IBA Model Education Loan Scheme for students from Economically Weaker Sections(EWS) with annual gross parental/family income up to Rs.4.50 lacs per annum from the academic year 2009-10.
          I belong to a poor family.My loan amount is 3,53,000 Rs. The bank manager forcing me to pay loan with interest about 4,78,000 Rs.I have completed my study on October 2012.please help me.

            ATM — cash not received but debit my a/c

            I Sri Dipen dey chowdhury, from siliguri, I use my ATM card for taken money of Rs.2000/- but sorry to inform u that I have not received the cash but my a/c NO:[protected](siliguri Br code no: 0184) debited on 9th December 2009 , I shall be glad if you kindly lookinto the matter so that I can get my hard earn money as early as possible.

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              I am Rupal javiya, customer of Bank of india (Naroda branch).As I want I opened net banking account with Bank of India.

              It was initially working fine but suddenly stopped staretd working and giving me application error as shown in attached screen shot. I tried to contact to boi.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in and call us at[protected] but both seems not reachable.

              Also I went to my branch 5-6 times but no luck still, people at branch saying my net banking account display status "Active" so they cant do anything as the dont have access or cant access my password.

              Now I forget my password but Forget password functionality https://starconnectcbs.bankofindia.com/BankAwayRetail/%28S%282uojuuvr1eznmg55k1o... is not working even.

              I dont know what to do now,can anybody help me to recover password or else delete and recreate new account for me so I can use it again.

              I urgently need it.Looking forward for your support and co-operation.

                Respected Sir,

                We need your help immediately. It has been one month already and the issue is not solved. Please find following details about the issue.

                I had withdrawn Rs 10000 on my first transaction from Bank of India ATM from Palanpur on 11th May 2013 (I have an account in Bank of India only) and I received Rs1900 (19 notes of 100Rs) + Rs2500 (5 notes of Rs500)= Rs4400. I did second transaction after the first one completed and I had withdrawn Rs5000 on the same day (Next transaction to the first one) but got only Rs900 (9notes of Rs100) + Rs2500 (5notes of Rs500)= Rs3400. So, in total I have received Rs7200 less.

                I went to bank 5 times now and whenever I ask them about the complaint, they say that you will get the amount back once we have some money from other people who got extra on that date. They asked us to go to CMS people who uploads money to the bank account. I went to CMS people and they asked me to go to the Bank. I am stuck now and no one is helping me. It is my money so I should get it back.

                  I have an account with Bank of India, Link Road, Malad West Branch since last 3 years, this being a convenient location to access. They also have an ATM next to the bank. However, since last 2-3 months most of the time, the ATM is out of service for some or the other reason. We have complained many times with no relief or solution to it. There has been cases where the ATM was out of services for 2-3 days in a row. This leads to lot of inconvenience. Plus, we have to pay extra charges when we withdraw from other banks, after completing 5 transactions.

                  It would be great if someone looks into it and solves this problem.

                          I used my debit card of Bank Of India to buy a food at a restaurant of Rs 200 at the Sudama Hotel Pune(MH) ,one swiping transaction was failed
                          again the second swiping also failed
                          and the third time also swiping failed
                          so,I swiped it again fourth and last time and Rs 800 on a total got deducted from my account on[protected], I asked the bank customer care about the refund of the failed transaction,he described that it will be refunded as early as possible but now it is around 80 days from the transaction date money is not yet refunded

                                I availed mortgage loan of Rs. 2,25,000/- from BOI, Indorama Br. on 2007 & I closed it by paying all outstanding amount on 23.06.2012. As per bank record it is closed on 28.06.2012. Now I applied for housing loan from SBI Main Branch, Nagpur. They generate a CIBIL in which the above said loan account is still alive after 8 month. As it is alive in CIBIL SBI reject my proposal. I submit all the related documents regarding closer of above said loan account. But still they insist to close this account in CIBIL which is not in my control. What should I do?
                                So, it is my request to CIBIL department get the proper information & close it at the earliest in CIBIL so that my loan will be sanction immediately.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      My name is Kunal Kashyap, I am writing to make a formal complaint against Bank Of India on behalf of my mother Mrs. Anita Dutta. My complaint is that the bank failed to provide a satisfactory resolution to my mother.
                                      She is a customer of Bank Of India, Hirapur Branch, Dhanbad, Jharkhand since 2nd April 1985. Her Savings Bank A/C no. is [protected]. On her account statement it shows a debit of Rs. 1000 which she has never authorized and the description says “FVG ECS UTI Mutual Fund” from 1st Feb 2010. She has given written complaint to the Branch Manager several time then only they refund the amount to her account.
                                      Due to this automatic deduction sometimes absence of required minimum balance they have charged fine (minimum balance charge) and had never given interest for those deduction which they have made. Last week when she again went to the Branch Manager for the complaint he was very rude to my mother and asked her to close her account. It was very humiliating as knew other customers present in the branch at that point of time. I think it is against law. He is asking a vintage customer to close her account. I request you for some compensation against it.
                                      I understand that you are required to respond formally to my complaint. I shall follow up
                                      this letter if I do not hear back from you in 7 working days. In the meantime, if you need any further information or document as a proof from me, please let me know through my email.

                                        I am an account holder of this nonsense bank of jamshedpur.
                                        I have already know the system of this bank from my senior students but due to my scholarship , i opened my account in this bank due to the college condition for filling up the scholarship form for diploma.
                                        My college name is Al_kabir polytechnic jamshedpur.
                                        And my branch is electronics and communication engineering.

                                        At the 1st day of my admission in the college.
                                        I applied for opening an account in college's local bank.
                                        And they told me to come after 20 days to take your passbook.
                                        But i regularly went after the time period but i got my passbook after 38 days.
                                        But this is just one part of the fool and the poor bank.
                                        Again i applied for Atm card and i got it in 3 months .
                                        What a magic no !
                                        They said me to come after 1 month but i got my atm in 3 month because i am i hindu boy.
                                        And all the residents of the area and the bank staff's are muslim , even the manager.
                                        I remember that my friend who is muslim have applied for opening account after 15 days when i have applied.
                                        But he got his passbook in just 16 days.
                                        He didn't applied for atm but he got atm in 38 days.
                                        When we all hindu boys go to ask any question from bank. The only answer they know to say that come tuesday or friday.
                                        Now can they tell us that how can we come to bank while our class going on.
                                        And even when we go to bank without attending our class. Then they tell that no no today that staff is absent. Come tomorrow or 1 week later.
                                        What is this ! The rascals.
                                        All are the rascals.
                                        I complaint this in the banks online complaint but i didn't get any answer and help.
                                        Now i am just running to bank for atm pin but yet the dialogue is unchanged "come tomorrow "

                                        Now can you pls tell me that how can i check my account balance to assure whether my scholarship has come or not.
