RECEIPT OF CASH FROM BOI ATM MACHINE

Dear Sir,
I have my Saving Bank Account No. [protected] and ATM Card No.[protected] with your Bank. On 2nd April, 2013 at 19.15, 19.20 & 19.30 pm I have tried to withdraw cash of Rs.10,000/- from BOI ATM Machine of your New VIP Road Branch, Baroda. From the ATM Machine I have got three Receipts stating SYSTEM ERROR, have not received Cash, but at the same time I have received Message on my Mobile No. [protected] that Rs.10,000/- has been deducted from my Bank Account Balance. (Xerox copies of three Receipts are attached ) To day morning I checked in my Computer on line with Bank, which also shows deduction of Rs.10,000/- from my S/B A/c.
Immediately I have approached to the Branch Manager of BOI New VIP Road Branch, Baroda, gave application to recover this amount of Rs.10,000/- ( Xerox copy of application attached).
Pl. check with your Bank official record and arrange to recover of Rs.10,000/- in my S/B A/c. No.[protected] immediately, which has been deducted wrongly without receipt of CASH.
Pl. treat this as most urgent and Acknowledge the receipt.
