i have lost my global debit cum atm card today 7:30 pm.So i request to you pls kindly block my atm card so that no further transaction can take place in future.Pls consider it as an urgent and take any possible action regarding this issue.

I used my debit card of Bank Of India to buy a food at a restaurant of Rs 200 at the Sudama Hotel Pune(MH) ,one swiping transaction was failed
again the second swiping also failed
and the third time also swiping failed
so,I swiped it again fourth and last time and Rs 800 on a total got deducted from my account on[protected], I asked the bank customer care about the refund...

I availed mortgage loan of Rs. 2,25,000/- from BOI, Indorama Br. on 2007 & I closed it by paying all outstanding amount on 23.06.2012. As per bank record it is closed on 28.06.2012. I was submitting my VIT , vellore form,and i was making online payment by my debit card on[protected] of Rs.934(nine hundred thirty four rupees only)
finally,the transaction got unsucessful but the money got deducted from my bank of india account at the very same time.
Also,the confirmation page of the VIT is showing unsucessful transaction.
I am in a very big trouble now.how can i get my money back?

By your column I will like to bring the casual approach of bank authorities in which bank fails to refund my money from Disputed ATM transaction at Shastripuram AGRA ATM comes under new Agra office since 27/02/2011 despite moving into consumer court wherein bank fails to give appropriate answers to this problem. Since out of Rs 21000.00 attempted to withdraw from this ATM I was in receipt of Rs 13000.00.
