Transactions failed in ATM but amount deducted...

I got SMS from JD-BOIIND regarding debit and credit of 491000 from my account (XX0148).
I do not have any account with BOI.
I have attached the screenshot of message here....

I got a payment from google adsense on 21st November 2020 and was said to contact bank if i don't receive funds within 5 days. I contacted my branch (Bank of india, koyla nagar branch, dhanbad) in this matter but till date no conclusion came to my problem.

Till date the funds has not been credited in my account. I have also tried contacting main branch of Ranchi (of where SWIFT code bkidinbbrmb has been provided).
