I am a savings account holder in the Bank of India (Account number- [protected]). On[protected], I was using the bank's ATM located at Vardhaman, near Delhi Public School, Dwarka, Sec-3, New Delhi at around 01:17 pm to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my account. But suddenly due to some glitch I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10, 000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand.
I had lodged a complaint in the said bank, but I didn't get the correct response and Said complaint has been rejected by Acquirer Bank in the Dispute Management system of NPCI.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
