Amount deducted from my UPI through another bank account.. amount deducted from karnataka grameen bank and not credited to BOI. It's been more than 24hrs now. Please fix the issue

    I had ordered people black cotton regular fit overcoat of ₹1200 from Tata CLIQ, order placed on 20 Dec but due to some reason I had to return it and the amount is refunded on 31st Dec and the bank reference no is 85158920366000000029825 but the amount is still not credited to my account, it has been 8-9 days already still no result

      I have ordered PLQ20 CATRIDGE on[protected] of amount Rs 779. I got it on still[protected] but for quality issue I have returned that on[protected] and applied for refund. But my account is not yet credited after many times conversation with amazone customer care. They have initiated the refund having REFERENCE

            I have a home loan account at Bank of India Bangur Avenue Branch in Kolkata, West Bengal. When I borrowed my home loan it was said that property insurance is mandatory for 1 year. Hence I requested to do the same for 1st year only. Also during my loan processing, I gave consent over email (to the loan processing center) that I do not require any kind of insurance of my own. So as per my request, my 1st property insurance premium was deducted last year, which should not be extended any further. But yesterday I got an SMS from Bank of India that Rs. 11154.00 has been deducted from my account for insurance premium again!!

            How can the branch deduct my money without my consent? I haven't opted for any property insurance from 2nd year onwards. Yesterday I called the branch manager on this number:[protected], but someone else picked up the call and did not forward the call to the branch manager. I immediately need the full refund of that amount (Rs. 11154.00).

            Additional Note:
            It has been a very pathetic banking experience with this bank. I need a proper resolution for all of the mentioned issues as soon as possible, please!
            1. Previously they deducted a huge amount as interest on my home loan just because of their own mistake (during lockdown period). I emailed several times to head office, branch and zonal email ids to get the refund but no one replied.
            2. Also for my previous property insurance premium (which I had paid last year), they did not provide me with any policy document for that.
            3. Now they have extended that policy without my permission. Continuously I'm having financial loss with this bank and no one bothers to help from their end.

              Transactions failed in ATM but amount deducted

                      I am a savings account holder in the Bank of India (Account number- [protected]). On[protected], I was using the bank's ATM located at Vardhaman, near Delhi Public School, Dwarka, Sec-3, New Delhi at around 01:17 pm to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my account. But suddenly due to some glitch I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10, 000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand.
                      I had lodged a complaint in the said bank, but I didn't get the correct response and Said complaint has been rejected by Acquirer Bank in the Dispute Management system of NPCI.

                      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                        My name is Manish Kumar Pal and, I had ordered a product from Amazon which was Redmi 9 Prime of amount 9, 999 on 28 November 2020 and was cancelled by amazon seller due to the mistake of delivery not avialable in the pin code 831002, on 3 december 2020, Payment was made using BOI debit card, but till date refund is not credited to my bank account as Amazon has updated that refund has been sent form their side, 4 December 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to card but i still didn't get the money and Amazon Sent this refund reference no. is given by 30005103330333192569648 and filled Pos/ATM online refund form kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. This money is very urgent bank please help me to get back my money.

                              I tried to withdraw 8000 Rs. from local BOI ATM Machine,

                              Money deducted from my account but cash not dispensed from machine,

                              I reached to Bank and concern team is asking me to wait for 7 working days to get your amount back.

                              Now, I had to pay installment of my loan but i could not due to bank has asked me to wait another 7 days.

                              This incident happened with me 3rd time, In last time i got my money back after 1.5 month,

                                My name is Harshit Sharma . I purchased a product on 1 march 2020 from Amazon and it stopped working within warranty period so Amazon placed a Return and Refund for the product. The amount to be refunded was ₹1399 and I was supposed to receive it from original payment method Google Pay. The Amazon has refunded the amount of 22 September 2020 but I didn't receive the amount . Amazon reply to ask Bank for dispute the amount. Here are the details :-

                                  Rs 23.60 debited (Trf) cwdr/004999/TYYW0687/RESP_238 in my ac xxx14633 on[protected].
                                  As per rbi circular dated 14 august 2019, it is to clarify that transactions which fail on account of technical reasons shall not be counted as valid atm transactions for the customer. Consequently, no charges therefore shall be levied. But you people have levied the charges for financial transaction, even though the transaction has been failed. further it is to clarify that in this month only two valid financial transactions have been done by me, and it is to further clear that no balance enquiry has been made by me at atm, as i always check through star token or balance enquiry toll free number.

                                  I am already aware of the following rules:penalty rs.20+gst 18% (Rs.3.60)=rs.23.60 per attempt. Charges of rs 20/- plus gst are applicable for financial andrs 8/- plus gst for non-financial transactions beyond the set limit. To my analysis, it is clear that in the above received message,
                                  Cwdr/008933/sacwn943/ represents the following

                                  Cwdr - cashwithdrawl
                                  008933 - transaction serial no.
                                  Sacwn943 - atm id

                                  It has been observed that the cash withdrawal done on 3rd sep 2019 represents same atm id. (Attached screenshot)

                                  This means as per the transaction number, on september 3rd prior to my cash withdrawal almost two transaction id's i. E., 008933 and 008934 got failed. As per the amount (Rs 23.60), the charges are applied for financial transaction. As calculated below. Penalty rs.20+gst 18% (Rs.3.60)=rs.23.60 per attempt. Charges of rs 20/- plus gst are applicable for financial and rs 8/- plus gst for non-financial transactions beyond the set limit. As per rbi circular dated 14 august 2019, it is to clarify that transactions which fail on account of technical reasons shall not be counted as valid atm transactions for the customer. Consequently, no charges therefore shall be levied. But you people have levied the charges for financial transaction, even though the transaction has been failed.

                                  Request you to look into the above issue at the earliest and revert me back my charges and ensure that no such things happens to me or to others in future.
