    G to your staff how to behave with a female customer.. I have visited the branch four times for minor account opening.. But the said staff has not conveyed the proper info at one time... Apart from this he has misbehaved with me and telling that if you don't want to open the account with boi don't open. I think boi don't need the customers... Such kind of behavior is not expected in service industry. Very pathetic...

      This is very upsetting that though i am maintaining a balance of more than x lacs in my saving plus account, still i am imposed with illegitimate non-maintenance of aqb charges of rs. 236/- by the bank.
      Moreover neither the bank is not responding to the mailed complain and nor the contact number[protected] and[protected] is addressed by any staff members.

        On last week of november my father went to bank of india kamarhatti branch to ask if the chipless card has to be replaced by a new card with magnetic chip one. But bank personnel told that there is no such requirement to do such thing as their chipless car will will not stop working. Suddenly on 1st january 2019 while my father was paying my marriage shopping bill via boi atm card, transaction got declined showing massage 'the card have been blocked'. We have to abort our marriage shopping as we had no cash and was also unable to withdraw cash through atm. After visiting the branch they told that we shall get chip atm card in our address by that week (5th of january 2019).
        Today is[protected] and my marriage is on 18th january. All shopping and rituals is pending only due to bogus bank of india service. Our family might face both financial and social crisis. Even after knowing this bank of india personnel have told us today ' wait for 10 more days, what can we do? Don't make disturbance here'. After talking with strict voice then they arranged a insta card but have told that it might not work and we have to wait for at least 10 days.
        My marriage is on 18th january. They will charge for 2 cards both for insta card which have been issued after giving pressure but will not work and our personalized card which we have not received or might never received. How can you such public sector bank cheat with us!!! If anything went wrong in our family i shall take this matter to media. Kamarhatty branch of bank of india is the most third class bank where a fourth class staff named 'subrata' shows attitude to customers. And a personnel who was sitting just right side of assistant manager (A&s) mr. Pm ghosh and was talking to the customers came with atm card block complain was continuously telling that 'what can we do?, wait until you receive the card by post and don't disturb us, '. Even after telling that we have marriage and begged for help he told take this insta card but this will not work and don't disturb.
        Please solve this matter and arrange our working card within two days. If any thing goes wrong we shall be left with only the way to help from public and media.

          I had purchased a wooden bookshelf from amazon on 15th November 2018 and the cost of the product was Rs. 9490.

          Since i was not satisfied with the quality of the product, i had returned it back to amazon. for refund of amount Rs. 9439 upon various followups with Amazon, they sent me below mail where they had confirmed that they have deposited the amount to my account no. [protected] ( Munesh Kumari Malik ), but till date i haven't received my refunded amount.

          Refund Reference Number for the said transaction is[protected].

          But till date i haven't received refund amount of Rs. 9439 in my account.

          In case you are not able to see this transaction, amazon have also mentioned how it can be seen. See below quote from their email:

            All the nationalised banks are cheating customers by charging for petty petty things. Recently we checked amongst our hundreds of bank account in bank of india. Three such accounts at the wadala west branch, we were not receiving sms so we requested them with a letter to update the accounts once again, despite they confirming that the nos are there registered in your account, but they charges rs. 118 x 3 accounts which is pure cheating the customers. Although i am their very big customer, they have charged me, just imagine what will happen to small customers who are cheated on daily basis there by banks making millions & millions in such unwarranted charges.in one such current account they have charges 118 & &08 for not maintaining minimum balance although the officer said 3 k is enough in current account but we had 4800 for just few days or else more than 5 k in all the year around. We will have to collectively fight with the banks so that unhealthy trade practices are stopped.

                  I sandeep vasant main my saving account number [protected]. Last 05 days i have visit to my branch for issue debiit chip card but no one proper anwer to me. Before 31 dec 2018 2 day adance bank should sent message your card is blocked form 01 jan 2019. What is this. Why bank not inform before 01 month advance. Please issue my card as early as possible.

                    I kalyan bhattacharya having consumer id:[protected] holding a/c no. [protected] have visited the boi dhatrigram branch on 1st jan, 2019 to get my new atm card with magnetic chip. However a branch accountant said that the card will be available at a later date and refused to share the time that will be taken for the card to arrive, further he said that they will deduct service charge if the card is handed over as on that date.
                    I am a working person and i do not get time to go to the bank a withdraw money in long queues and with the old atm card, i am unable to withdraw money from atm. I hereby request you to do the needful.

                        My friend deposited 3000/- rs in my account on 07.01.2018 through phone pay app.

                        After transaction, i received text message from bank side "3000/-rs credit in your bank account..

                        But after few seconds i received one more message"3000/- rs debited from your account"

                        I asked to friend, is amount reversed in your account??? He sad no. Non of amount credited in my account.

                        Please resolve my query on urgent basis.

                          My account no is [protected]. Yesterday evening i made a transaction of rs 20000 through google pay app. The transaction failed but still i got a message stating that rs 20000 has been deducted from my account. My father is hospitalised due to which i wanted to tranfer the amount of all my bank in one bank and then withdraw the amount via cheque. But this transaction failed and my money is not yet refunded. It has been more than 15 hrs and i have been co ordinating with many people from bank of india but none has the solution to my problems. Everyone is sharing the other persons number. I am highly disappointed with this type of customer service. I have other accs in other banks too but it has never happened that they dont respond to customers problems. But here they dont even respond to calls neither they show any interest to solve the issues. Kindly plz help as i am already suffering at personal level as well

                            I go on dated 29/12/2008 at atm ghohgha s. B. I. At ghogha to withdraw rs.10000/- by my atm card [protected] but, i could not received money and only done transaction.in my account no.[protected] had balance rs.15, 854/- but i want money so, i took 5000/- and then amount is pending only rs.854/- but, i did not receive amount besides, transaction is done.
                            So, i want to say that, my amount is lost without received amount and...

                            I am a account holder of bank of india, khadki branch, pune. Pin - 411003
                            This complaint is in regards with the contact number which i intended to change and it's been many days they haven't acted on this. I had gone to the bank and filled the form. The lady managar says that she is the alone woman handling so this will take a long time. Is this the way the bank handles its customers? I will never prefer such govt. Banks henceforth.

And my new Mastercard has been dispatched on 27th dec 2018 but still i din't received my new Mastercard plz help.

                                Amount of around rs. 20500 has been transferred from pnb bank to bank of india (Account number - [protected]) on 5/1/2019 with utr number punbh[protected] but till now the amount has not been credited to my bank account, i already confirmed from my bank but they are denying the fact that amount is not been credited, and they told me to confirm this thing from pnb only. Pnb also denying the fact that amount has been transferred from our end, you need to confirm from boi only.
                                What should i do in this case, i'am suffering because of this thing??

                                  I request you to look in to my complaint of refund of fradulant transaction by someone by atm card at sbi dehradun. On 5/08/2018.@ pm card is with me.
                                  I have applied at the branch for refund but till date it is not repaid. I am ex staff officer and visit zo it rajkot every week for my refund but they are unable to say about it firmly. My sb a/c [protected]. Is with malavia road branch.
                                  Please look into matter ihave submitted all papers to boi like police complain, copy of atm and other required by them but my problem is not solved till date
                                  5 month completed but satisfactory reply is not given by boi.

                                    Bank staffs are saying they will not deposit money in their branch of the people having account in other branch of the same bank. They are saying this facility has been stop, i[censored] want to avail this facility we have to have account in their branch. I have visited the mihijam branch of bank of india many times all the staffs are saying the same thing no one is hearing. If i want to sent the money to different place how i will sent the money if core banking facility is not present in this branch. And now i am confused that bank of india is having core banking facility or not it is a serious issue. I am customer of bank of india since last 10 years i never faced this problem but this mihijam bank of india branch is i don't know they work according to their own will or what, when ever i visit they having server problems, all the people are suffering for their ill behave. So it's a kind request to settle this problem so the customers of bank of india mihijam branch will be satisfied and please try to solve this problem as soon as possible. For this act i will be grateful.

This was the message I received..please make me free from this problem...Often I received messages like your account has been credited or debited...Remove my phone number from this Bank on India..

                                      On 05/08/2018 my sb a/c with bankofindia malavia road branch rakot 3600002guj. Was debited 5+10+10+10+10+5000 total 50000 by some onefrom sbi atm at dehradun. I have lodged complain to comm of polic, boi for the same month passed iweekly visit boi zo for reply of my complain and refund my fund. My atm card is with me i get it hotlisted on 6/08/2018. All other formalities complited by me but i am not able to get return my fund from boi till today they only say pl wait we are calling. Atm deptt.
                                      I request you to look after the matter and help me to get refund of fradulant withdrawal from my a/c [protected]. With boi.
