Bank Of India — charge dispute "refund not processed" | |||
Dear sir, A refund of Rs.1699 was successfully initiated on September 21 by amazon. However, it did not reflect into my account even after 10 days. I have called boi customer care several times but all are in vain, they never helped me for once, did not file charge dispute nor accepted the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but all were simply helpless. The asked me to get the utr no from amazon which they are not providing. No one is helping me get my money. If such happens then how can we rely on online transactions. Please look upon this matter. My account no is: [protected]. The reference number provided by amazon is[protected]. Mswip pos se do bar atm card swip kiye hai dono bar transrction fail ho gya but paisa debited ho gya aur ab tk wapas aaya nhi hai
