Bank Of India — complaint regarding refund not processed | |||
My name is shrutika and i had ordered 1072.00rs. Amount product in myntra store after i returned some product order due to personal reason. And on 2.07.2019 the refund is initiated of rs 727rs. Myntra initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Myntra sent this reference number ([protected]) and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of india doesn't have such policy. I also apply on bank of india official site for refund request reference no is (Pos[protected] Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My account number is [[protected]].
