Bank Of India — Delay and harassment by the branch | |||
I Azad Kumar Chadha, Nominee of my mothers deposits with bank of India Keshopur, New Delhi branch has submit the duly filled claim almost 20 days back form for getting the same transfer to my account, at the time of submission of the claim form I inform the manager that my mother has a saving account wherein some refund of Income tax is awaited and the manager confirm me that i can claim the amount in saving account separately after getting the tax refund, after the confirmation i submit claim form alongwith required documents, after submission i visited the branch 3 time for follow up the claim amount transfer, the officer always told me that the Manager is on leave, now after 20 days i have been informed that my claim is rejected as i have to claim all the accounts at one shot this is really unprofessional behaviour and harassment that after giving 3 visits waiting 20 days i got this reply. I request an inquire why i have been harassed and if a manager is on leave than there is no one to run the branch for more than 20 days. please get my claim process at the earliest.
