Bank Of India — denial for housing loan

I'm permanent employee of a school named oxford school, khaknar d-burhanpur m. P holding a post of principal since 2006. My salary a/c-no.[protected] is with your khaknar branch. I approached for home loan to your shanwara branch burhanpur m. P along with complete necessary documents required for home loan there after i was assured by the chief manager madam and loan maneger shri nandalal sir for the sanction of loan after scrutiny of documents in the month of oct 2018 on their assurance i entered into agreement with the colony developer govindpuram colony near collectorate burhanpur for the purchase of land and construction of house with roman of advance under condition to complete the fomalities of registration of land by 31 march 2019. Again after arranging meeting money i approach the branch for sanction in the month february 2019 but i was denied for the said loan by the cheif manager madam and by the present loan maneger. I m in relation with your bank along with salary accounts of my staff members and also the account of the school at khaknar branch now as per agreement i have to pay the increased cost of the land and stamp duty payable after 31 st march 2019. The denial of the loan out me in the position where i'm unble to understand why i approached the bank with whome i'm related since long. I think this was a blunder mistake on my part. I don't understand your slogan of relationship beyond banking. Iam not even left to maintain the relationship only with banking even. I m under immense mental pressure and my family as well. Your shocking decision as compeled to approached the private finance company for my housing loan and i have lost the faith in your reputed instituion. Kindly resolve the issue in the manner to avoid suce reoccurence of similar situation with any other trusted custermor of your institutions.
