Bank Of India — Failed transaction at atm and at vendor's outlet

I am having Saving Ac No. [protected] with Bank of India, Maruti Mandir Branch, Ratnagiri. Now-a-days, I am residing in Mulund, Mumbai. On 4th December, 2015, I used my ATM cum Debit Card at vendor Paduka Stores.Mulund Mumbai, twice for Rs.500/- each time. However, transaction was not completed for some unknown reasons. But both times an amount of Rs.500- each was debited to my account. I had received SMS to that effect. However same was not credited to the vendor's account.This has been confirmed with the vendor. The amount of Rs.1000/- is not yet credited back to my account. On 5th December, 2015, I used ATM cum Debit card at Bank of Baroda's ATM Center at Veena Nagar, Mulund West, Mumbai for withdrawing Rs.2000/-. However, the transaction was not completed. But I received SMS stating that Rs.2000/- has been debited to my account. The said amount of Rs.2000/- is also not yet credited back to my account. I had approached to Bank of India, Mulund West Branch for solution. But they refused to accept my complaint and asked me to go to home branch i.e. Ratnagiri which is not feasible. The approach of branch people was not at all cordial to customer. Therefore, I lodged written complaint via email at customer service of Bank of India on 14th Dec., 2015 which is duly acknowledged by them electronically. However to-date, niether money is recredited to my account, nor Bank has given any reason/reply to that effect. I now request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful to recredit an amount of Rs.3000/- in total as mentioned above. waiting for your prompt and early action.
