Bank Of India — failed transaction refund has not claimed

I had booked a ticket by Paytm and booking had failed and my money has not refunded yet or they are sending me messages that they refunded but refund has not claimed. Reference ID of that transaction is[protected].the amount has to be refund is 450. This amount has not refunded in my account.
Dear Sir, Kindly check my transaction and investigate about this transaction and try to refund my money back.
