Dear Sir,
I Usha Devi, having a salary account in BOI. Today morning i have received a message for a transaction of 5000 rs from my account. I can assure that, i haven't made the transaction. This is a case of fraud transaction from my account. I want a refund of 5000/- rs for this, as this seems to be a glitch in the bank security system.
I would request you to please investigate the same and help me with this. Please let me know in case of any further information.

I, Mr. Sandeep Shivaji Gosavi had deposited my cheque for 20000 Rs. on[protected], My Account no - [protected], at your Alandi Devachi Branch. to my surprise just now your person says that cheque will take min. 5 days to clear. This is not acceptable

Someone has made a transaction using my debit card today for rs 10, 000 . Kindly, decline the transaction as it's not made by me and my card is stolen.
