My name is namrata pal. On[protected] at 9:23 pm my realative send me 4000 ₹ in my bank of india account. Money got debited from his account immidiately and even i also got message at the same time that 4000₹ has been credited on my account but i didn't recieve any money. Acc. Aug 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted BOI customer care they told me to wait for 24hrs after that if the money will not come in my account then i can raise the complain. But they solve the prblm and got money within the mentioned time. Thank You Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
