Bank Of India — I am complaining about the negative balance reflecting in my account

Hi Team,

I am Rahul Verma.

I am respected bank account holder of Bank of India. I have a saving bank account with account no. [protected] with your bank since 12 years.

This account was opened by my school side and continued by my father for sometime however from past 1 year our family's financial situation is not in favour to continue this account. Also, I have cleared my graduation a few months back and I still don't have job or any other source of income due to which I am unable to pay the negative balance of this account for not maintaining the minimum balance.

With due my current situation I would like to request you to kindly waive off the penalty fee and interest assessed on the above mentioned account number.`
