Money debited for failed transaction

sir my name is Himanshu Maheshwari, i have account in Bank Of India.sir on 29/05/2015 my online transaction was gone unsuccessful, but money debited from my account, amount RS 4122, i have contacted bank many times, and also filled POS reversal .Its more than 2 month, my money is not refunded to me.is there any other alternative. please respond to my complaint .

Unauthorized transaction from my saving bank account

With reference to the subject matter of complain, I wish to draw your kind attention towards the unauthorised transaction that has been done through my two different bank accounts without my knowledge. The details of the transaction from both of my bank accounts are as follows:

BOI NEFT blunder

I am putting down in words today, my horrible experience with one of the so called reputed and popular banks in India, the Bank of India, its NEFT transaction mismanagement, coupled with pathetic to ZERO customer service, which haunt me to this day like a terrifying nightmare, I want to make people aware and be alarmed!!

In the month of january i have been deducted with 295 rs three times. i don't know why they deducted and now today feb 26, they deucted 17.70 without any notice. What is happening in bank of india. I had account in other banks but never faced this type of issue. Can you explain

    My name is Md Ayaan and I had ordered Denim Jacket of RS.Amount 689 in Amazon on 21 December 2024 and after 22 December 2024 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 23 December 2024
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

      I have been using BOI NRE account for several years. However, I use my account once in a while to transfer my money. a month back when I sent my money from my Taiwan bank account to my BOI NRE account, I got a message saying my account was deactivated. I did not receive any precautionary email/message before this about my NRE account. W hen I needed my money for an emergency, this was stuck due tothe deactivation of my account. When I dropped a couple of emails to the branch and then NRI customer care.. they replied saying I needed to submit all my documents. I followed all their instruction as soon as I could. However even after a week of communication and submission of my documents, no update from the bank.

      The Hanumanth Nagar branch in Bengaluru seems very lazy to take up any taste and now I am regretting to have an account in this Bank.

      I request the team (if they get this message) to deal with my issue as soon as possible. I am worried about my amount which has been stuck for a month without getting credit. Please improve your service if possible in the future.

        There is a strange ritual going on in Bank of India, Khanda Colony branch for the past six months . If a customer wants to renew/close a fixed deposit he/she has to stand in a separate serpentine queue for an officer's signature verification. A senior citizen finds it even more difficult than other customers to stand in the queue.
        The serpentine queue is because the officer attends to multiple branch activities. A customer ends up wasting 30-40 minutes for a simple signature verification from the officer and submit it to the staff handling Fixed Deposits. The customer signature verification should be inculcated as a day end process between the staff and the officer. Customers should not be forced to go through this process.

            Dear Sir,
            I am a Sr Citizen (lady) of 68 years living in Chandivali, Powai. I went to this branch to get a new passbook with new barcode for printing. I visited the branch at M G Road Ghatkopar, two times, last month and on last Monday, 9th September, 2024.
            Both the times, I was sent back by the lady at the counter. It is very problematic for me to travel from Chandivali to Ghatkopar West because of the rush of vehicles and due to my advancing age (68 years).
            Request that I may please be issued a new Passbook with Barcode affixed for my S B A/c No [protected] and oblige. It will be a great help.

              Today i got the message of total 135.26 debited (Trf) from my account.
              Why and what is trf?
              I want my money back.

                I have a saving a/c [protected] and ppf a/c 60230ppf[protected] in boi, janak puri br ifsc code BKID0006023, I deposit cheq no.501107 of Rs.1.50 lk for credit ppf account of canara bank on 2/4/24 at 10 a.m. the boi did not send cheque for clearing in time. The said cheque debit on 5.4.24 of canara bkI. Due to this I am not getting ppf interest for RS.888 for apr 2024. On taking the br not agree to give value date of 5/4/24.

                  The ATM issued physically by the BOI UNNAO branch on dated 28/March/2024, which is showing INVALID CARD during green pin generation through BOI ATM. Issue raised through customer care number[protected] that is not responding. The chargeable customer care number [protected] not accepting the complaint, during conversation to level-I (Mr. Sandeep) and level-2 (Mr. Gurudas) said that we are able generate complaint number due to some technical glitch. Mailed to headoffice.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in on dated 09/April/2024, there is no response. In continuation of the above mail we also triggered the mail to Unnao.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in on dated 12/April/2024 cc to head office even we have not get any response. We visited the local BOI branch at our working place on dated 12/April/2024, they said that they raised the issue internally to the Unnao branch but still we are waiting for any solution.

I Pay this bill throw phone pays state bank of india account number [protected] IFS Code SBIN0011456 Branch Shringartali. this amount credited message receved me from VA-BOIWLI (BANK OF INDIA CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT) AT Dated 8/3/2024, 3.51 pm. But this amount not credit to credit card account, AND DATED 7/3/2024 Rs.16883/-autometicaly Debited from my bank of india savings account no [protected]. and this amount not credited to my credit card account.
                    Plese Return above Rs 19270/- in my bank of india account and above maintioned Rs 16883/- to use for credit card bill.

                        But She is very Lazy and no visit our primises and delay the Loan.

                          Its been 15 days passed or more i guess since the Passbook printing machine of Bank of India Rajajipuram Lucknow Branch is not working I've asked banking employees about this incident but nobody wants to listen us and not bothering to make the machine work.
                          I've been there as on 8 Feb 2024 but even until yesterday i.e 22 feb 2024 the machine is still not working, I kindly request you to please help on this matter to make it working as soon as possible since it is causing great inconvenience to each and every customer looking for their passbook records get updated from long time.

                                  I am using boi csp point but it does not work properly when i started csp poin at that time money tranfer wast upto 20000/- in (4time)
                                  now its getting me (2time)10000*10000 deposit
                                  In Withdrawal Every times said that UID token in prosses, transitions not perminet to card holder, (Every time I have go to the bank nd need to verify to the Admin Sir For The Hcrmdemo) i always needed go to the bank
                                  BOI and TCS gives us 36servies but the fact.is that only max 5 servies is started NICT only Forced for target only they don't think that AC opening also need to verified if the admin is free then also not verifing our bc Account because they need to modified the same prosses with bc nd in the bank
                                  IMPS work as under 5000/- only transitions
                                  NEFT work as under 5000/- only transitions
                                  Mobile Number also not working
                                  UID Mapping Also work but we need to verified at bank
                                  then Why should biometric authentication system is there in this all serves ?
                                  IN the morning daily banking hours time daily server is down for 2hours
                                  and the nict only want targets
                                  lots of complains there. i canot explan it
