I have raised a complaint regarding annual maintenance charges for my classic BOI debit card being deducted twice. I have called BOI customer care, then my branch customer care, then again to their admin manager. But all of whom could not give a single correct resolution to my issue. They said to send a mail with my details, which I have done immediately. It has been 6 days and there is still neither any response from them nor any resolution....

I have availed a car loan from BOI-Mau Br in August. The branch official assured me that ROI would be fixed, but now they have sent me sms stating that I have availed floating ROI and the Interest will increase. They made false statement to acquire car loan....

I have been to Bank of india Rajrappa branch ramgarh jharkhand to withdraw amount from cheque. I have been waiting in the line for past 1 hour and was waiting for my turn. But suddenly the staff at banfk of insia named Santosh Kumar shouted at me . his words were " seedhe khade rahiye. yaha aadmi 6 ghante se khada h wo log ko paisa nahi mila aapko kaise milega".
