    Why BOI is deducting the money for no reason, what is trf. Why the bank always debiting money in the name of TRF? I want my money back.

        I had made a transaction on 6 of april 2023 but money were not credited in the receivers bank and money were deducted from account...
        Regard the bank says that if youur transaction done by upi then bank is not responsible for any transaction issues...
        Chargeback file were also denied...

                      Debit card maintenance charges deducted twice

                      I have raised a complaint regarding annual maintenance charges for my classic BOI debit card being deducted twice. I have called BOI customer care, then my branch customer care, then again to their admin manager. But all of whom could not give a single correct resolution to my issue. They said to send a mail with my details, which I have done immediately. It has been 6 days and there is still neither any response from them nor any resolution....

                      I purchased three products from amazon on cash on delivery mode on 12 February and I returned the product on 19 February and they issued the refund on the same date but I didn’t received my payment yet so the Amazon gave me Refund Reference Number of three products

                          I have availed a car loan from BOI-Mau Br in August. The branch official assured me that ROI would be fixed, but now they have sent me sms stating that I have availed floating ROI and the Interest will increase. They made false statement to acquire car loan.

                              Hi,

                              I am a customer of BOI since 2 years. This week, I got a message saying annual maintenance charges for debit card was deducted. All my issue is that they should intimate us beforehand that suchi charges will be deducted. When called their customer care, who by the way, speak with a very low voice that even when I put my mobile on speaker, couldn’t hear them clearly, have said that it is like this only and they will not intimate before such charges are deducted. When asked that they should inform us before deducting, they said they can’t do anything. I am completely disappointed by their action.

                                My name is varsha khatri and I had ordered car cover of rs. 2499 in Amazon on 12 jan 2023 and after 16 jan 2023 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 19 jan 2023 Amazon initiated the amount to my bank but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but in Bank of India I am unable to find such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
